Unopened, unmixed product may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first for a return address — returns sent without notice can go unrecorded.
For health and safety reasons we cannot accept the return of product that has been opened or reconstituted, unless it is faulty.
If product arrives damaged, or is faulty, we replace it. Send your order number and a photo and we will arrange the replacement.
If we send the wrong item, we cover the cost of getting the right one to you and the wrong one back.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
