In-stock orders are dispatched on the next business day. Where an item is on backorder, the dispatch window is confirmed at checkout and again by email.
Metropolitan areas are typically 1–3 business days from dispatch. Regional and remote addresses take longer. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
A tracking number is emailed as soon as it is attached to your consignment. If you have not received tracking within two business days of your confirmation email, contact us.
Express shipping is included on all orders.
Product ships lyophilised and is stable in transit. Refrigeration is required only after you reconstitute it.
